Beta User FAQ: Your Pro Access Explained

If you signed up during ModuleHire's private beta, your account has already been upgraded to Pro — at no charge. Here's what that means.

Why am I on Pro for free?

You signed up when ModuleHire was in private beta and helped us build a better product. That matters. As a thank-you, your account is upgraded to Pro for 12 months from our public launch date, with no credit card required.

How long does my free Pro access last?

Your complimentary Pro access lasts 12 months from our public launch. You can see your exact expiration date in Account Settings.

Do I need to add a credit card?

No. Your Pro access is active and you won't be prompted for payment information until your complimentary period ends.

What happens when my free Pro period ends?

About 30 days before your Pro access expires, you'll receive an email with a renewal offer — priced better than our standard public pricing, as a continued thank-you for being an early user.

At expiration, your account moves to the free plan unless you've added a payment method and subscribed. Nothing in your library or history is deleted.

Do I have access to all Pro features?

Yes — full Pro access for the entire 12-month period. Unlimited resume generations, full ATS Estimator breakdown, module editing, and multiple base resume uploads.

I was on the beta waitlist but never got an invite. Can I still get this?

If you requested access during the beta period but never received an invite, email us at info@modulehire.com and we'll make it right.
