Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time — no phone calls, no forms.
How to cancel
- Go to Account Settings from the top navigation
- Click Manage Billing
- In the billing portal, select Cancel Plan
- Confirm the cancellation
That's it. You'll receive a confirmation email from us.
What happens after you cancel
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you're on monthly billing and cancel halfway through the month, you keep Pro access for the rest of that month.
- No further charges — your card won't be billed again.
- Your data stays — your module library, generated resumes, and account remain intact. You move to the free plan, not a deleted account.
- You can resubscribe anytime from your account settings if you need Pro access again.
Cancelling an annual plan
Annual plan cancellations work the same way — your access continues until the end of your annual billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for unused months on annual plans, but your access won't cut off early.
