I'm Not Receiving Emails from ModuleHire
If you're not getting confirmation emails, password reset emails, or other messages from us, here's what to check.
Check your spam or junk folder
ModuleHire emails come from info@modulehire.com. Some email providers filter these automatically. Search your spam or junk folder for "modulehire" and mark any emails you find as "not spam" to allow future messages through.
Check your promotions tab
If you use Gmail, transactional emails sometimes land in the Promotions tab rather than your primary inbox. Check there and move any ModuleHire emails to your primary inbox to ensure future delivery.
Make sure you used the right email address
Double-check that you signed up with the email address you're checking. You can verify which email is on your account by going to Account Settings.
Add us to your contacts
Adding info@modulehire.com to your contacts can help ensure our emails reach your inbox going forward.
Resend a confirmation email
If you're waiting for a sign-up confirmation email and it hasn't arrived:
- Go to the ModuleHire sign-in page
- Try signing in — if your email hasn't been confirmed, you'll see a prompt to resend the confirmation
Password reset not arriving
If you requested a password reset and the email isn't showing up:
- Wait 2–3 minutes — delivery can sometimes be delayed
- Check spam/junk and promotions tabs
- Request another reset — only the most recent link is valid
